The moment of tasting comes to every good wine.
Before starting to drink that great wine we have been waiting for, it is advisable to let the precious wine rest in a decanter so that it can oxygenate. It should then be served in a fine crystal glass, preferably without any type of engraving. Then, let the wine fall slowly from the glass and savor it before swallowing it, to appreciate its full magnitude.
If you are going to keep the bottle open for several days, it is important that the wine does not oxidize. Therefore, if you have several bottles open simultaneously, you can store them by placing them in the wine dispensers included in some of our Caveduke wine cabinets. These dispensers allow to keep the bottle once opened for 15 days and to serve the wine in the conditions it needs without reducing its quality.
